Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to forward mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
